ELECTRIC WINCH SERIES
ls the winch suitable for my off-road vehicle?
Our winches are universally compatible with any vehicle that has a standard winch‐mounting provision. Before ordering, simply ensure your bumper or chassis features a winch mounting hole or install a compatible mounting bracket. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to the installation section of your user manual.
How do I use a winch to recover a stuck vehicle safely?
1.Assess the situation: Identify anchor points—trees with a tree saver strap or another vehicle.
2.Deploy recovery gear: Attach a heavy-duty snatch block or soft shackle to reduce load and change pull angle if needed.
3.Use a dampener: Place a winch dampener or heavy blanket over the rope to minimize recoil risk in case of a cable failure.
4.Engage slowly: Run the winch at low speed, keeping tension controlled; stop and check anchor integrity every few meters.
5.Aintain clear zone: Keep bystanders at least 3 m (10 ft) away and never stand over a tensioned line.

What should I do if my winch doesn’t work?
1.Check battery voltage:
Ensure your vehicle battery is fully charged (≥12 V under load). A weak battery can make the solenoid click without powering the motor.
2.In spect electrical connections:
Verify all cable terminals (battery, solenoid, motor) are tight and free of corrosion.Clean and re-tighten any loose or oxidized connections.
3.Test the solenoid:
Swap the winch control switch to “off” and back to “on” to reset it.If you still hear only clicks, the solenoid pack may be faulty—consider replacing it.
4.Bypass the solenoid (for testing only):
Using an insulated jumper cable, carefully bridge the positive motor terminal to the battery positive.
If the motor spins, the solenoid is at fault; if it still doesn’t, the motor or gearbox may need inspection.
5.If you’re unable to resolve it,Click here to contact us..
Note: Always wear gloves and stand clear of the cable when testing or operating the winch. Never bypass safety devices during normal use.
