Important Notice for Self Pickup Customers:
Pickup is available from Tuesday to Friday, during the following times: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Self pickup is not available outside these hours.

For morning pickups, please contact our customer service by the day before.
For afternoon pickups, please contact our customer service before 9:00 AM on the same day.

For in-stock items, we’ll send your pickup location and collection details within 24 hours after your order is placed.

For pre-order items, we’ll email you once the item has arrived and is ready for pickup.
