Including but not limited to the following situations do not support free shipping:

The warehouse shipping system shows that free shipping is not available in remote areas.

If the remote area cannot be delivered with free shipping, our customer service staff will contact the customer and send a screenshot of the warehouse backend to confirm the remote area. Since the warehouse backend system uses the zip code to identify whether it belongs to a remote area, the remote zip code is not listed here. The actual address shall prevail, thank you for your understanding.

VERIFICATION

Once your order has been authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will start preparing as soon as we confirm your order. It is difficult for us to change or cancel your order during this time frame, however, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

We usually take 1-2 business days to process your order.

Shipments typically take 3-7 business days to arrive, but may take 5-10 business days during busy periods such as holidays.
